Shipping policy

All orders are shipped on a first-come, first-serve basis according to stock availability and the date and time orders are placed.  Some items may be made to order and have longer lead times, which will be clearly communicated on the product pages for these items.  Additionally, please note that it is our intent to make a minimum impact on the environment in the creation of our work, and this extends to shipping.  As a result, you may receive packages shipped in clearly re-used shipping materials, packing peanuts, boxes, etc.  Our commitment to minimal packaging where possible helps ensure we make a smaller impact on our planet's resources.  If you have any questions or concerns about our shipping policies or a specific order, please contact us here.
